Location: Acton
Planning permission achieved for seven new residential units and a retail unit.
Three studio flats, three 1 beds and one 2 bed. Architecturally the building aims to be an exemplary piece of modern design while at the same time respecting the sensitive location of the site within the Acton Town Centre Conservation Area. The retail units are characterised by large panes of shop front glazing creating a strong visual connection to the street and the main body of the building is defined by bays of full height french doors with ornate Juliet balconies.
